We welcome you to worship the Lord Jesus Christ at Forest Heights Baptist Church. We rejoice in having you in our service to join in worship, learning, and fellowship. 
 
Our mission is to share the salvation of Jesus Christ with lost people and disciple their relationship with Christ through ministry, fellowship, evangelism, and worship.

Our vision for God's Church is to be a Christ-centered body of believers offering “A Place to Belong” within the body of Christ and “A Place to Become” equipped to share God's love with a changing community.

We offer children's, youth, and senior adult ministry opportunities. We have an excellent music program with a worship choir and praise team.  Come and find your "Place to Belong" and "Place to Become" at Forest Heights Baptist Church.

Directions: We are located at 1155 Oglethorpe Avenue in Northwest Athens, GA just inside the Loop.  From the Athens bypass (Loop 10) exit the bypass at Exit 15 {Tallassee Rd. / Oglethorpe Ave. exit} and turn East, toward downtown, onto Oglethorpe Ave.  Travel just 0.5 miles and we are located on the right, directly across the street from Oglethorpe Elementary School.

From Atlanta: [65 miles - 1 hour 20 minutes] Take I-85 North - Bear RIGHT (East) onto SR-316 for 35 miles - Turn RIGHT after crossing over the bridge (North/Inner Loop) onto Loop 10 for 6 miles - At Exit 15 (Tallassee Rd. / Oglethorpe Ave. exit) turn RIGHT onto Oglethorpe Ave. for 0.5 miles - Turn RIGHT into church parking lot at 1155 Oglethorpe Avenue.
